I gave my neices some, and they liked them. The trouble maker of the group suggested giving them to their mom without telling her they were sour. She can be such a bully, and she once warned me of a Cupacabra outside my door\u00a0harassing my kitten.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_723\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/wild-mint.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-723\" class=\"size-full wp-image-723\" title=\"Wild Mint\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/wild-mint.png\" alt=\"Wild Mint\" width=\"540\" height=\"334\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-723\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Wild Mint<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I&#8217;m very lucky as a gardener to have so many wild treats in the valley. There are wild strawberries, black berries and raspberries, crab apples, and many herbs and flowers. There is one plant that makes the whole valley smell great, wild mint.\u00a0I&#8217;ve heard you can make tea from these leaves, but I like to snip off the tops from time to time, and bring them in the house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The tart cherries are just starting to ripen and they are worth eating even thought they are quite sour.
