Above is one of my Yellow Stuffer tomatoes. The stem on this gem is nearly the thickness of a pencil ! And it&#8217;s not just the type of tomato, this greenhouse is making everything grow like I&#8217;m an expert, I love it.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_502\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/tomatillos.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-502\" class=\"size-full wp-image-502\" title=\"Tomatillos\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/tomatillos.png\" alt=\"Tomatillos\" width=\"540\" height=\"405\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-502\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tomatillos<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Here are some Tomatillos, otherwise known as &#8220;Mexican Husk Tomatoes&#8221;. Last year when I grew these in my house, they got very long stems and had small leaves.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_503\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/redbrandywine.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-503\" class=\"size-full wp-image-503\" title=\"Red Brandywine Tomatoes\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/redbrandywine.png\" alt=\"Red Brandywine Tomatoes\" width=\"540\" height=\"405\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-503\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Red Brandywine Tomatoes<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Red Brandywine Tomatoes above, with Potato leaves. These guys always confuse the non-gardening types. They seem to look at them as if they are blue colored radishes.<\/p>\n<p>I find it really odd how a plant like a tomato can have so many varied types of leaves. Each variety has a different pattern, with different growth styles.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_504\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cucumbers.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-504\" class=\"size-full wp-image-504\" title=\"Cucumbers - Straight 8\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itfarmersblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/import\/cucumbers.png\" alt=\"Cucumbers - Straight 8\" width=\"540\" height=\"589\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-504\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cucumbers - Straight 8<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I planted Cucumbers a week or so ago, and they are just now growing out their baby leaves. So, all in all everything is planted, and it&#8217;s all growing above my expectations. In about three weeks, it will be time to plant all of these green growing crystals. I&#8217;ve scheduled a week of Vacation time to plant them, so I have from May 29th to June 6th to get them in the ground.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been a slow rainy weekend, so I thought I would post some pictures I&#8217;ve taken in the greenhouse.
