Our season is usually too short to allow the peppers enough time to mature into their full grown colors, so most of the peppers will be green at harvest time.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2635\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lots of Work Left<\/p><\/div>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot more work to be done in the next few days, as the greenhouse still contains hundreds of tomato and pepper plants, as well as dozens of eggplant, lettuce, cucumber and mesclun plants.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve got 9 days scheduled off starting with June 2nd, which should give me plenty of time to finish planting and maybe
